Together with his wife, Lidia Benson, CEO of HomeMatrixx, John is advancing the Loan Performance Guidance Process (LPGP), a proprietary approach designed to align the interests of homeowners and financial institutions while promoting affordable, sustainable homeownership and stronger communities.

Born and raised in Peru, Lidia brings more than 30 years of experience as a biology educator, complemented by studies in law and medicine. Fluent in Spanish and English, she brings an international perspective, a lifelong passion for education, and a deep commitment to helping others.
Guided by her Christian faith and belief in the importance of family, compassion, and service, Lidia has dedicated her life to empowering others through knowledge, encouragement, and opportunity.
After relocating to the United States, Lidia joined her husband, HomeMatrixx founder John Benson, in pursuing their shared mission: helping families preserve their homes, overcome financial hardship, and expand access to affordable, sustainable homeownership.
As CEO of HomeMatrixx, Lidia brings her experience as an educator, her compassionate leadership, and her belief that every family deserves the opportunity to build a secure and hopeful future.
